There’s probably a theme cafe for every kind of weird Japanese subculture, the latest and furriest is the Cat Cafe.  For about 10 to 12 dollars an hour you can curl up with a pack of kitties while you drink your coffee or tea.  There’s no extra charge for the cat hair in your drink, at least I hope not.
